Have you been following the stories about the recent cases of meningitis? According to the latest report by NBC news, 8 people have died and 105 have become ill with meningitis. Consume inflammation fighting foods to reduce swelling in the body and ease joint pain. Include these foods in your diet: pineapple, cherries, green tea, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, ginger, Salmon and other Omega-3 rich fish, and nuts: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and sunflower seeds.
Chiropractic care remains the safest and surest, non-invasive course to take for back and neck pain relief. Consumer Reports alternative treatment survey of 45,601 people, found, "chiropractic outperformed all other treatments," for back pain!
