Adequate water intake keeps you hydrated, and helps prevent heat exhaustion in hot, humid weather.
5 Tips to help you stay hydrated in hot weather.
When can you benefit from drinking a sports drink?
Sports drinks aren’t just for high performing athletes. After a brisk walk or exercise class you need to replenish fluids lost during sweating. Running errands and getting in and out of a hot car in a sunny parking lot can dehydrate your body, and drain your energy.
Maybe you work in a warehouse or repair shop without air conditioning. If so, you don't have to run laps around a park or inside a hot factory to benefit from a sports drink on a hot, humid day.
It’s easy to make your own healthy, hydrating sports drink. The best way to guarantee that the water in your sports beverage is free of contaminates, is to use reverse osmosis filtered water with minerals. Give our recipe a try.
