This impressive seafood quiche is filled with delicious flavors featuring crab meat, shrimp and ham. Smoked paprika not only adds color, but imparts a rich smoky flavor to this gourmet one-dish dinner. Another plus, it's gluten-free, but you won't miss the crust, I promise.
CRUSTLESS SEAFOOD QUICHE RECIPE (gluten-free)
Yield: 8 servings in 10" quiche pan
1 Tablespoon grass-fed butter
¾ cup green onions, diced
2 cloves minced garlic
12 ounces small shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 ounces crab meat
½ cup diced ham (or 2 slices of diced ham, lunch meat)
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
6 large eggs
¾ cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
