Sip and savor the flavors of autumn in your coffee, a mug full at a time.
You can enjoy this delicious caramel apple pie spice latte hot or iced.
1 cup brewed coffee
¼ cup almond or coconut milk
1 tablespoon organic or grass-fed butter
1 to 2 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup
¼ teaspoon stevia powder
½ teaspoon apple pie spices
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Steam milk and butter in a small pot on the stove top until butter melts, but not boiling. If coffee needs reheating, add it to the pot too. Pour hot liquids into a blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend to combine. Pour into a mug. Top with whipped cream, if desired. Sprinkle extra spice blend and drizzle honey on top of coffee and enjoy sipping on the comforting flavors of fall.
This coffee tastes great iced too. To make an iced latte, do not heat milk or melt butter. Add all ingredients, listed above to a blender with six ice cubes. Blend until ice is crushed.
