Dr. Kim Gambino shares her vision board to motivate others.
Need help getting on board with your vision?
The purpose of a vision board is to set an
intention on what a person desires in life.
It doesn't necessarily have to be for the upcoming year... just a direction a person wants to go.
There are a couple of ways to construct a vision board -
--Get a bunch of magazines and cut out pictures and/or words that speak to you. I have heard we see in pictures, so words are not as effective. Glue your favorites on poster board.
--The best vision boards I have done, I googled the idea that I wanted to represent. Google images has tons of pictures. I found the ones that spoke to me. It's important to not over think the picture; pick those that speak to your heart, not your head. Then I copied and pasted them in a word document, printed it on photo paper, and then glued them on a poster board. I like the foam boards the best.
Then WA LA!! Put your vision board in a place you can see it. It's not to be studied, just felt. ENJOY!!
